Senior Front Desk Officer
Working Location: Mei Ho House Youth Hostel
Position Type: Full-time
 

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead Front Office colleagues in Front Office to maintain smooth operation

• Responsible for various front office duties, including greeting guests, processing check-ins and check-outs and phone in enquiry

• Handle and respond guests’ inquiries and complaints

• Be attentive to hostel security and safety requirements

• Handle emergency case in Front Office

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma holder or above in Hospitality, Hotel Management or related disciplines

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ related work experience

• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal skill and can work independent

• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

• With basic computer knowledge and skill, familiar with Microsoft Office applications and English/Chinese typing, etc.

• Attend shift duties, including overnight shift

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Duty Manager

• Immediate availability is highly preferred

• Priority will be given to Sham Shui Po residents
