Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Department in the liaison and coordination with schools, corporate partners and other stakeholders in implementing the Group’s flagship CSR youth programme “Project WeCan”

  • Provide administrative support including the processing of payment claims, and monitoring/annual review of schools’ programmes

  • Assist in coordinating and executing joint-school programmes and publicity events

  • Support the Project WeCan Secretariat in other ad hoc duties assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in any discipline

  • 1-2 years’ relevant experience in project administration, including budget control preferred but not essential 

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good numeric acumen, logically minded and analytical

  • Organised, attentive to details with strong commitment to accomplish tasks under tight deadlines

  • Willing to work on irregular hours occasionally

  • Proficient in common computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
