Responsibilities:
- Perform configuration, troubleshooting, installation & maintenance of hardware, software, network systems & IT equipment
- Provide day-to-day technical support both for network systems & onsite support (HK & overseas) for end users on all IT related issues
- Keep track of IT inventory & provide daily PC/Mac support
Requirements:
- Degree / Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines
- At least 2 years experience in managing LAN & WAN networks, involving devices such as routers, switches, firewall, NAS applicances
- Experience in TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, network infrastructure, VM farm & VPN settings
- Experience in supporting retail shops will be an advantage
