工作職責:
- 協助登記及接待顧客
- 協助醫生提供療程前和療程後之程序
- 準備療程需要的物資及設備
- 處理客人檔案、處理療程前後照片及跟進客人療程前後情況
- 熟悉配藥、訂購藥物程序及治療室物品管理
職位要求:
- 中學畢業或以上
- 2年或以上美容或醫學美容工作經驗者優先
- 熟悉 Clinic Solution，B2B軟件運作者優先考慮
- 具有良好溝通技巧和團隊合作精神
- 有責任心、待人有禮、細心主動、對客戶服務有熱誠
- 良好廣東話、普通話和一般英語
