Program & Event Officer

Responsibilities

• Liaising with customers, coaches, and partners to plan and organize different water sports programs.
• Handle program enrolments, inquiries, and feedback.
• Ensure work procedures run smoothly and offer ideas on improvements if necessary.
• Occasional outdoor work for special events.
• Assist in other ad hoc tasks as requested by supervisors.

Requirements

• Enjoy interacting with people with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent team player.
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese & English.
• Proficient in MS Office, Chinese & English word processing.
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays
• Immediately availability is highly preferred
