Accounting Assistant / Clerk (会计助理)

EIG is the exclusive distributor of Dermalogica, the number one professional skin care brand worldwide, in Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Brunei and Phillippines, and is also the exclusive supplier to Vietnam and Cambodia.
Responsibilities
- Provide full spectrum of accounting services, including but not limited to AR, AP, month-end closing, and stock-taking 处理全盘会计，包括应付和应收帐款，月结及货物盘点
- Maintain required records, reports, and files in an organized manner 管理文件档案
- Perform other duties, tasks and special projects as assigned 执行公司指派的有关工作
Requirements
- Diploma in accounting or related field 会计文凭或相关证书
- 1 year of accounting experience 具 1 年或以上工作经验
- Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity in SAP is advantageous 熟悉 MS Office 及会计系统 SAP 操作；
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese & English 良好沟通能力
- Compliance with the "Vaccine Pass" requirements in accordance with legislation (for stock-taking purpose) 持有有效疫苗通行证 （到门市盘点之用）
