職責:
- 處理九巴顧客熱線及網上平台的巴士服務查詢、意見及投訴
- 協助處理文書工作
- 需輪班及輪休當值

Requirements:
- Completion of secondary education or equivalent
- Good verbal communication skills in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
- Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Possess at least 1 years' working experience at call centre
Duties:
- Handle customers' enquiries, suggestions and complaints on bus services through the KMB Customer Service Hotline and online platform
- Perform clerical duties
- Required to perform shift and roster duties
