職責
- 處理「一線通平安鐘™」服務使用者的查詢及跟進工作
- 提供適切緊急支援及關顧服務
- 執行其他委派工作
要求
- 中五程度或以上
- 有志於服務長者及參與社會企業，經驗不拘，協會將提供完善及專業入職後培訓
- 對工作有熱誠、態度積極和具有良好的團隊合作精神
- 基本電腦操作，中文打字每分鐘20字 (任何輸入法)
- 工作時間 : 07:00 – 22:30 / 22:15 – 07:15，每天工作9小時，輪值及輪休，包括公眾假期及惡劣天氣下工作 ，夜班(13:30-22:30) 及通宵班 (22:15-07:15)可享有特別輪值津貼
