主要職責
- 完成店舖的日常營運操作, 確保運作正常
- 透過有效的業務策略去提高店舖銷售目標
- 激勵和推動員工以達到個人和店舖的績效指標
- 提出及實行新措施以提高服務標準
- 提供產品和客戶服務培訓和輔導給員工
- 向客人推動品牌形象
- 完成公司制定的銷售目標
- 為客人提供專業的客戶服務
- 確保貨品按照公司指引陳列及保持貨場整潔, 並能指導店員做好陳列調整
- 維持有效的貨存管理
- 負責提供銷售報告
- 上傳下達
所需專業技能和工作經驗
- 中五或或持有同等學歷以上
- 至少有6年以上的零售經驗以及3年以上的管理經驗 (具較少經驗者可獲考慮為店舖副經理或店舖主管/高級售貨員/售貨員)
- 良好的英文, 中文及國語會話能力
- 主動熱誠
- 具良好的管理能力
- 具良好的溝通技巧
- 具責任感
- 具良好的人際溝通技巧
- 有團隊合作精神
