The main duties are maintenance and management of a building's services and systems, including air conditioning (HVAC), electrical systems, plumbing, fire safety and may extend to other mechanical fuels equipment to ensure facilities operated efficiently, safely, and sustainably with enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintenance and Management:
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of building systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to building services
2. Energy Efficiency
- Monitor energy consumption and implement strategies to reduce energy usage.
- Stay updated on sustainable practices and technologies.
3. Safety Compliance
- Ensure all systems comply with health and safety regulations.

4. Project Management
- Manage projects related to building services, including budgets and timelines.

Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in building services or facilities management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software and building management systems.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
