We are looking for a Senior Host / Hostess based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!
As a Senior Host / Hostess, we rely on you to:
- Greet and provide the first welcoming impression to guests who visit the restaurant
- Handle guests' inquiries, reservations and requests
- Understand guests' needs, personalize one's experience and offer extraordinary customer service
- Handle large party booking and communicate with Marketing Team for F&B promotion coordination
We are looking for someone who has:
- Diploma in Hospitality Management
- 3 years of related experience in the Hotel Industry
- Excellent communication skill and outgoing personality
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
