Your Job Duties:

• Support Technical Service Team for external projects of all related tasks within entire project lifecycle

• Handle project related documents (Meeting minutes, work instructions, workflow, Scope of work, MS project, etc.)

• Assist to manage project related processes and procedures to fulfill internal compliance and customer needs

• Coordinate and participate in customer meeting for project related purposes (e.g. project kickoff meeting, user requirements collections, progress review, UAT, etc.)

• Work closely with internal & external key stakeholders to ensure project deliverable in timely manner

• Assist ad-hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor

Skills & Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:

• Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines

• Solid working experience of Project Management in SI companies would be an advantage

• A recognized qualification such as CSM or PMP would be an advantage

The ideal people:

• Good business sense and strong customer centric mindset with good presentation skill

• Strong communication skill with different levels of stakeholders

• Good planning and analytical skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio, etc.

• Good command in spoken of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
