About the Company
- We are a reputable property owner and investor specializing in Grade A office buildings across Hong Kong.
- Our portfolio includes premium office premises located in key business districts.
- To support our continued growth, we are seeking a proactive and capable Leasing Manager / Asst Leasing Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Report directly to the General Manager
- Manage leasing activities for company-owned office properties
- Handle new lettings, tenancy renewals, and related administration
- Liaise and negotiate with agents, prospective tenants, and existing clients
- Collect market intelligence to support management decisions
- Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to improve occupancy
Ideal Candidates
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in property leasing, tenancy administration, or property management
- Experience in office buildings is highly preferred
- Sales-oriented and results-driven with a strategic mindset
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional networks
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
