What You'll Do:

• Product Group Management - Take ownership of a designated product group and work closely with the Product Director to achieve departmental KPIs, including sales targets and profit margins.
• Category & Promotion Execution - Ensure effective planning and execution of category strategies, brand initiatives, product assortments, and promotional activities across our platforms, including YesStyle.com and AsianBeautyWholesale.com.
• Brand Partnership Management - Maintain brand strategies and act as the primary point of contact for existing brand partners. Drive brand growth through strategic planning, including product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Product Data Management - Lead the preparation and upload of new product data to our e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, specifications, pricing, and imagery.
• Catalog Maintenance - Regularly update the online product catalog to reflect current inventory, pricing, and product information, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Brand Coordination - Collaborate with brand partners to manage product sourcing and assortment, place purchase orders, and monitor delivery timelines to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams including marketing, content, warehouse operations, and customer service to support product rollouts and promotional campaigns.
• Administrative Support - Perform general clerical duties such as documentation, filing, and data entry, along with handling ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• Brand Performance Optimization - Continuously evaluate brand performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement actions to enhance brand deliverables. This includes negotiating brand support, refining product assortments, boosting marketing visibility, and improving logistics efficiency.
• Market Intelligence - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer demands, and competitor activities. Support the Product Director in identifying emerging opportunities and potential challenges.

What You Have:

• Degree or above.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Familiar with daily written communication, internet research, Microsoft Excel, and word processing in both Chinese and English.
• Good number sense, knowledge of basic merchant mathematics.
• Experience in Cosmetic, FMCG industry, or merchandising role is a plus.
• Good interpersonal and communication (both written and oral) skills to work with internal teams as a collaborative team player, as well as building business partnership.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Self-motivated and hardworking.
• Strong passion in e-commerce and online retail, as well as brand management.
