We are now looking for the following position to work in our Hung Hom Office:

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Job Description:

  • Provide all-rounded administrative and project support to the Directorate Office;
  • Prepare and consolidate reports for scheduled meetings;
  • Undertake reception duties and assist in various administrative tasks whenever necessary;
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Management;
  • Support the planning and coordination of company events and/or other activities;
  • Work in our HUNG HOM OFFICE.


Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above with a minimum of 2 years solid secretarial / customer service experience;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external parties;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint);
  • Knowledge and experience in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign preferably;
  • Presentable, pleasant and self-initiative.
