Officer - Repair and Maintenance (TO/0818/2025)
Responsibilities
Coordinate daily repair and maintenance tasks across various store locations, warehouse; central kitchen, and satellite kitchen
Supervise contractors and verify their work completion, ensuring that workmanship, materials, specifications, and quality strictly adhere to company requirements
Communicate and collaborate with both internal and external entities to solve technical problems affecting store operations
Ensure that every aspect of our repair and maintenance work is in full compliance with all relevant regulations and ordinances pertaining to store facilities
Respond to emergency calls and provide technical advice/solutions to resolve the problem
keep regular updates of spares/ materials/ tools stock level, and ensure its proper usage
Communicate and collaborate with both internal and e external entities for arranging and managing annual cleaning of in-store technical facilities
Processing contractors' invoices and assist in payment applications to clients and assessing sub-contractors' work progress
Attend R&M work sit meetings and ad-hoc inspection
Requirements
Diploma in building services engineering/facilities management/ relevant discipline; solid experience in repair and maintenance is also considerable
A minimum of 2 years post-qualification relevant and concrete work experience in repair and maintenance; experience in Food & Beverage is highly preferred
Willing to communicate, positive, proactive, and self-disciplined
With a detailed mind, work independently good communication skills; and
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
Immediate available is highly preferred
