About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts of a premium European sanitaryware brand. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to strengthen the brand's presence, drive customer engagement, and achieve business objectives. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in the sanitaryware or related industries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Marketing Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s vision and business goals.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
2. Brand Management:
- Position and maintain the brand as a leader in the premium sanitaryware segment.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all channels.
3. Marketing Campaigns:
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, and in-store) to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize results.
4. Digital Marketing:
- Oversee the development and management of the brand’s digital presence, including websites, social media platforms, and e-commerce channels.
- Implement SEO, SEM, and paid advertising strategies to maximize online visibility and lead generation.
5. Product Launches:
- Plan and execute successful product launches, including promotional activities, PR efforts, and dealer/sub-dealer engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales team for coordinated product marketing efforts.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Managing Director to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors for the successful execution of campaigns.
7. Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct regular market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends.
- Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to management.
8. Event Management:
- Organize and oversee trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase the brand and its offerings.
- Develop partnerships with architects, designers, and developers to enhance brand visibility.
9. Budget Management:
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal ROI on all marketing activities.
- Negotiate with vendors and agencies to maximize cost efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of marketing experience, preferably in the sanitaryware, construction, or luxury goods sectors.
- Proven experience in brand management, digital marketing, and campaign execution.
- Strong understanding of European and global market dynamics.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics software.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
