Operations Coordinator
We are Fruit & Vegetable Trading Company with strong and stable business. To cope with our development, we are seeking a dedicated and detailed-oriented operation coordinator to join our team. Fresh graduate with interest in international trade are welcome to apply as well.
Responsibilities:
Handle full set of I/E shipping document and order management
Manage customer inquiries and service requests via phone calls and email conversations
Plan and schedule shipments, taking into account customer requirements, service availability, and transportation capacity
Maintain close communication with both internal and external parties to ensure the smooth execution of the logistics plan
Price negotiation with forwarders
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Degree holder in Supply Chain Management or related fields, Fresh graduates are welcome
Working experience in freight forwarder/customer service experiences especially in trading firm would be an advantage but not a must
Strong communication skills with ability to handle multi tasks independently
Fluent in written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
