Operations Coordinator

We are Fruit & Vegetable Trading Company with strong and stable business.  To cope with our development, we are seeking a dedicated and detailed-oriented operation coordinator to join our team.  Fresh graduate with interest in international trade are welcome to apply as well. 

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of I/E shipping document and order management

• Manage customer inquiries and service requests via phone calls and email conversations

• Plan and schedule shipments, taking into account customer requirements, service availability, and transportation capacity

• Maintain close communication with both internal and external parties to ensure the smooth execution of the logistics plan

• Price negotiation with forwarders 

• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Supply Chain Management or related fields, Fresh graduates are welcome

• Working experience in freight forwarder/customer service experiences especially in trading firm would be an advantage but not a must

• Strong communication skills with ability to handle multi tasks independently

• Fluent in written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

• Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

• Immediate availability is preferred
