QA/Test Engineer (12-month contract, renewable）

We are looking for a QA/Test Engineer for our client, a third-party payment platform company.

Responsibilities:

• Create and develop Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Test Cases based on user requirements.
• Conduct unit tests, functional tests, and end-to-end tests in both non-production and production environments according to the test plan.
• Conduct on-site testing prior to the launch of a new release or as needed for specific projects.
• Partner with internal and external teams to perform initial troubleshooting throughout the testing phase.
• Deliver comprehensive and clear test reports while monitoring the status of bug fixes.
• Confirm that products are delivered according to the approved quality criteria and timeline.

Requirements:

• High Diploma or Degree holder in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• 1+ years of relevant technical experience in the IT industry.
• Previous experience in a QA role is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and possessing good communication skills.
• Hardworking, willing to learn, and able to work independently.
• Collaborative mindset to work proactively with different teams.
• Knowledge of networking is required, with a preference for experience in Linux.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or Node.js is desirable.
• Fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
