Account Manager (Toys)
We are a dynamic & fast-growing Toy manufacturer located in TST, we’re now looking for high caliber candidate to fill the following position, selected candidate will be invited to join our energetic & dynamic team.
Account Manager (Toys)
Responsibilities:
- Building strong relationship with new and existing customers to achieve sales target
- Support and work closely with Account Management team
- Handling new enquiries, preparing quotations, arranging samples, managing OEM projects
- Work closely with design, engineering, and factory to ensure seamless production process (e.g. communicate detail production instructions and product briefing)
- Act as customers’ liaison between factory and buyers
- Research and collect essential market intelligent
- Prepare and present status updates on a regular basis to senior management as well as support ad hoc assignments from senior management
- Must be able to travel to China
- Participate industry related conferences and exhibitions
Requirements:
- Diploma or above with 2-3 years relevant experience in electronic toys industry
- Strong experience in handling retailers in the North and South America regions are highly desirable
- Prover record to work with Big market retailer in toys divion like Walmart, Sam’s, Target…
- Strong people relationship skills
- Must be able to work independently, have strong multi-tasking abilities & resourceful
- Fair command of written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin preferable
- Details oriented
- Hands on experience in managing and working with European customers
- Self-motivated, independent and team player with strong communication skills
