Customer Service Executive
Chun Wo Bus Services Limited (“Chun Wo Bus”) was established in 2018and is a subsidiary of Asia Allied Infrastructure (Stock code 00711.HK).Chun Wo Bus is mainly engaged in the operation of local bus routes. It hasa fleet of nearly 100 buses and offers a variety of non-franchised bus rentalservices, including school bus, residents’ bus, shuttle bus, venue shuttleservice and wedding transfers, etc. Chun Wo Bus's mission is to providesafe, comfortable and reliable non-franchised buses services to the public.Every driver has many years of experience in driving a coach. Withexpertise and sincerity, Chun Wo Bus provides quality service to allcustomers based on the principles of safety, considerateness, punctuality,and competitive pricing.
Responsibilities:
- Proactive, detailed-minded, well-organized with excellent customer service skills and mindset
- Answer client correspondences through email and phone
- Provide excellent customer services and advices to customer
- Document review and other general admin duties
- Daily service operation monitoring
- Perform ad-hoc assignment as required
Requirements:
- Degree holder in any discipline
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in customer service field
- Experience in Travel industry will be an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
- Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure and independently
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
** Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Assistant
