- 於前台接待客人，辦理登記手續，提供相關資料，解答客戶查詢，向客人介紹各種貴賓室服務和設施。
- Greet guests at Reception; handle check-in services; provide information and answer guest’s enquiries; promote various lounges services and facilities to guests; ensure services & facilities in Lounges are well maintain.
資歷要求
- 中五或以上 Form 5 or above
- 具酒店或餐飲工作經驗 Have relevant job experience in hotel & catering industry
- 良好人際關係及溝通技巧 Good interpersonal and communication skills
- 能夠在壓力下工作和獨立工作 Able to work independently and under pressure
- 操流利廣東話, 普通話,和英文 Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
