Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive research and analysis on land, housing, social and economic topics
- Collect market insight and intelligence from various source
- Manage market data database and provide support to operation team
- Compile reports and proposals for internal management decision
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Real Estate, Surveying, Economics, Business, Statistics or related disciplines
- At least 5 years' of post-qualification experience in research or property field
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- MHKIS (General Practice) or MRICS (Valuation) will be an advantage
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities with good numerical aptitude and detail minded
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
