Investor Relation Manager (HK Listed)

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Investor Relations Manager to lead and manage communications between the company and the investment community. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with current and potential investors, analysts, and other stakeholders

Description

Responsibilities:

• Investor Engagement:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for external investors and analysts.
  • Organize and participate in investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and earnings calls.
  • Proactively manage investor inquiries and provide timely, accurate information.
    
    

• Financial Communication:

  • Collaborate with finance and executive teams to prepare quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, and annual reports.
  • Develop and maintain investor fact sheets, FAQs, and other IR materials.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all investor communications.
    
    

• Market Intelligence:

  • Monitor market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment.
  • Provide feedback to senior management on market perceptions and investor concerns.
  • Track and analyze shareholder ownership and trading activity.
    
    

• Compliance & Governance:

  • Ensure all investor communications comply with regulatory requirements and disclosure standards.
  • Support the preparation of materials for the Board of Directors and Annual General Meetings (AGMs).

Profile

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or related fields.
• Experience in a publicly listed company or financial institution.
• Familiarity with IR tools and platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and internal stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
