Handle full set of air freight import / export documentation and application for licenses
Liaise with related parties for shipment arrangement
Provide clerical support including filing, data entry and analysis
Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Working Hours

Import Co. / Monday to Friday 09:30-18:30 (with 1 hour lunch break)
Export Co. / Monday to Friday / On-shift duty (Day shift 09:30-18:30 or Night shift 13:00-22:00)
Overtime and Holiday duty is required

Requirements

HKCEE/HKDSE or above
1 year of relevant experience from an air forwarder is preferred
Proficient in MS office applications, particularly MS Excel and Word
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Highly organized and detail-minded with a strong sense of responsibility
Immediate availability is highly preferred
