Concierge Assistant (Bell / Door Attendant)

As the Concierge Assistant at Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong, you will take ownership of delivering exceptional first impressions – providing personalized recommendations to the city, firsthand information of the latest activities and restaurants in town.
A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Delivering a bespoke staying experience based on Kimpton Guest Journey as unique individuals
- Greeting guests, opening doors and assisting guests/visitors entering and leaving the property
- Assisting guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including loading/unloading luggage
- Transporting guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated area; assisting with luggage storage and retrieval
- Managing outgoing guest mail, courier services, postage of parcels and freighting as directed by guest
- Handling any guest enquiries regarding the city, restaurants, transportations, events and attractions
What we need from you
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a hotel guest service operation
- A certificate in hotel management or equivalent
- Proactive, agile, creative, charming and joyful
- Strong knowledge of the local community, including dining, entertainment and attractions
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) are essential, both spoken and written; knowledge of other languages is a plus
