• We are looking for   LEAN ENGINEER   - with details as follows : 
  

THE JOB : 

• Position Summary: Primary focus on automation and process engineering (PIE). The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying lean manufacturing principles to optimize our production processes, reduce waste, and improve efficiency. The role will require travel to our manufacturing plants in China and SE Asia
• Automation & Process Engineering: Focus on automation and process engineering to enhance production efficiency.
• Process Analysis: Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Lean Implementation: Implement lean manufacturing principles and methodologies to reduce production times, increase efficiency, and improve quality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality departments, to align processes and achieve business goals.
• Training: Develop and deliver training programs on lean manufacturing techniques such as 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Performance Metrics: Use statistical methods and performance metrics to understand and improve performance.
• Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis to determine metrics, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and create process documentation.
• Data Collection: Perform advanced data collection and analysis for process mapping and cost analysis.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the manufacturing department.
• Team Leadership: Lead Lean teams in our manufacturing plants in China and Indonesia to ensure effective implementation of lean principles.
• Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering .... etc or a related field.
• Experience:3+ years lean manufacturing / PIE / Process Engineering or a similar role; experience in toys manufacturers is a plus
• Communication Skills: Proficient in English and Chinese.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Travel: Willingness to travel to manufacturing plants in China and SE Asia when required
• Terms & Benefits: 5 days work; 13 months salary + performance bonus
