Requirement:
- Degree holders in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering discipline or equivalent.
- 7 years' engineering experience with at least 2 years at supervisory level.
- Highly organized and strong communication skills.
- Familiar with local regulations and E&M standards.
- Good command of English and Chinese.
Responsibility:
- Responsible for daily maintenance and enhancement of Cargo Handling System (CHS), including provide technical support to emergency breakdown as well as corrective maintenance.
- Ensure the maintenance programs are cost-effective and attainable.
- Ensure the cargo handling system is serviced and maintained according to sets of standards and specifications.
- Plan and implement the CHS and equipment upgrade to improve the overall efficiency.
- Review spare parts inventory level to optimize parts and tools meeting maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with concerned parties and supervise contractor performance for overhaul works.
- Ensure to achieve full compliance with the relevant legislation and ISO/OHSAS standards at working area.
- Supervise and motivate staff to achieve the highest performance. Provide appropriated on job trainings to develop staff.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
