Restaurants & Bar Captain / Agent

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a smooth and efficient daily operation at the restaurant and bar
• Serve food and beverages to guests and make recommendations if needed
• Possess good restaurants & bar management and customer service skills
• Record transactions in the POS system correctly and timely
• Perform other tasks as assigned with a positive attitude

Requirements:

• Certificate or above in Hospitality or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in similar capacity
• Solution oriented and guest experience focused
• Outgoing, confident and dynamic personality with positive mindset
• Proficiency in spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Less experiences will be considered as Restaurants & Bar Service Agent
