As a Test Manager (Greenfield), you will lead the testing efforts for innovative technology projects in the financial services industry. This is an exciting temporary opportunity based in Hong Kong, focusing on creating robust testing strategies in a greenfield environment.

Description

• Act as the primary liaison between business users, IT teams, and external vendors across life operations, digital, and integration streams.
• Lead UAT planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and defect triage meetings across multiple business units.
• Conduct training and onboarding for business users on UAT tools and processes.
• Define and maintain the UAT strategy for core system replacement, digital platforms, and integration layers.
• Develop detailed UAT test plans, schedules, and resource allocations across life insurance operations and digital teams.
• Ensure test cases reflect real-world business processes, customer journeys, and operational workflows.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in UAT or QA management within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Proven experience in new system implementations, particularly involving core insurance systems, digital platforms, and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail).
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies.
• Worked in Insurance Industry is highly preferred.
