工作地點: 港九新界街市 + 將軍澳辦公室
職責：
- 負責招募及洽談街市商戶
- 與商戶協商產品價格、庫存量及促銷方案，以達成共識
- 整理並提供準確的直播產品清單，確保庫存資訊正確無誤
- 負責與商戶簽訂合作協議，清晰解釋合作條款及收費模式
- 達成每月直播目標，提升銷售表現
- 定期分析數據，提出改善建議
職位要求：
- 具備1年以上銷售或電商運營經驗，食品/街市行業經驗者優先考慮
- 擁有良好的談判及溝通能力，能獨立開發和維護商戶關係
- 熟悉直播電商運作模式，了解產品定價及庫存管理，能有效處理合約與佣金結算
- 能抗壓，適應快節奏的工作環境
- 細心且條理清晰，擅長多任務處理
福利待遇:
底薪 + 銷售佣金 (月入可達 $30,000)
每天當值9小時
