• Collaborating with the wider team to share best practices and support business growth

• Continuously developing your sales skills and product knowledge

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in outbound sales or a customer service role, preferably in a call centre environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

• Exceptional problem-solving and customer service skills

• Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools

• A driven and results-oriented approach, with a keen attention to detail

• Fluency in Cantonese
