As a Senior IT Manager, you will lead the technology department to implement and maintain IT strategies that align with business goals. As part of their strategic growth, they are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Senior IT Manager to lead their digital transformation and modernize their IT operations.

工作内容

As a Senior IT Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Lead and manage the regional IT team across Hong Kong, China, and South East Asia.
• Oversee all IT operations including infrastructure, network, cybersecurity, ERP, application development, and end-user support.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives to modernize legacy systems and align IT capabilities with business growth.
• Collaborate with factory and office leadership to implement scalable, secure, and efficient IT solutions.
• Evaluate and implement manufacturing-related technologies such as MES, IoT, and automation systems.
• Ensure business continuity, system reliability, and data security across all sites.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and project timelines.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 10-15 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven track record in leading IT transformation projects within manufacturing industrial environments.
• Strong technical foundation across infrastructure, ERP, cybersecurity, and application development.
• Experience managing cross-border teams and working in a multi-site setup.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and strong stakeholder management skills.
• A results-oriented mindset with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with IT compliance and security standards.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
