Requirements
- Qualifications in Computer Science or related fields.
- Apple Certified Support Professional certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques.
- Fresh graduates with basic Apple knowledge are welcome.
- Strong communication, organisational, and customer service skills.
