Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimation and quotes for new on-going projects
Monitoring and updating costing data base and materials master lists
Good analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skill
Attentive to detail, able to work under pressure and independently
Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

F.5 / DSE or Diploma holder in any discipline is an advantage
Proficient in PC applications: MS Excel
Knowledge in project cost control
Responsible, independent, self-initiative, systematic and detail-minded
Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadline
Familiar with AutoCAD and shop drawing understanding would be an advantage
