Business Analyst / Project Officer / UAT Officer

Business Analyst  

Main Responsibilities:

• Gather user requirement for project delivery.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the Oracle EBUS System.
• Prepare, execute, and follow up on test cases (both positive & negative) during UAT, work with developers to resolve issues before release
• Create reporting materials for test results and project status updates.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with developers and business users throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Detail-oriented, team player, capable of working under tight deadlines.
• Experience in UAT or project work is preferred, but fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Procurement knowledge and/or Experience in Digital Transformation is a plus.

Additional Skills:

• Prepare executive reports in MS Word format.
• Analyze statistical data using Excel formulas and macros, Oracle SQL is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus, Must be fluent in Cantonese.
• Proficient in PC applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese typing.
   

Project Officer

Job Description: 

• Gather project requirements from client and project team to define work plan for efficient delivery of project.
• Monitor implementation progress of security monitoring infrastructure setup and service initiation.
• As communications link between project team and customer regarding project status and progress.
• Plan and monitor project schedule to achieve project outputs.
• Organize and attend meeting to report progress.
• Prepare project correspondence such as meeting agenda and minutes.
• Resolve any project related issues.           

Job Requirement

• Higher Diploma / Degree holder in IT engineering or related disciplines, 2 years working experience in project management or customer servicing or cyber security knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, willing to walk extra miles to meet challenging target.
• Customer-oriented, with strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong sense of ownership, innovation and adaptability to meet with Company’s business needs
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Good in Microsoft Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Good in both written and oral communication skills

UAT Officer – Banking Digital Platform

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and developers to understand requirements and translate them into test cases.
• Create and maintain testing checklist and scenarios for functional, regression and UAT testing.
• Execute manual tests (and automation tests if applicable) to identify bugs, inconsistencies. And usability issues.
• Log, track and retest defects using tools, and sure timely resolution.
• Coordinate Production testing sessions with business users and gather feedback.
• Assist Quality Assurance Lead to ensure Test case coverage meets QA standard.

 Requirements:

• Degree holder with major in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Studies.
• 1-3 years of working experience in retail banking industry or digital platforms with solid software testing experience.
• Experience in CRM system experience (e.g. SalesForce, Oracle, SAP) is highly preferred
• Fundamental knowledge on Testing cycle and Testing management, including test strategy, test case design, execution and defect tracking.
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies.
