Job Duties:
- Prepare I/E shipping documents and Tradelink declaration
- Liaise with factory, carriers and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipmentCoordinate with internal and external parties to ensure on time delivery.
- Responsible for data input and filling
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum with 3 years’ experience in shipping (Garment / trading firm)
- Proficiency in PC skills, such as MS Office, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Good oral and written communication skills in English & Mandarin
- Immediate available is highly preferred
