Assistant Merchandiser (6-month Contract)
Job Responsibilities
Customer Order Compliance: Coordinate with our regional offices, internal teams and customers on all customer order compliance requirements. This includes managing documentation, shipping marks, labels, sample requests, and quotations for our overseas customers.
Third-Party Coordination & Booking Submission: Coordinate the in-line sample sealing, inspection, documentation, and all related tasks with internal teams and third-party service providers. Ensure thorough follow-up until each task, including booking submissions, is completed.
Overseas Sample Delivery Support: Provide crucial support for the efficient and timely delivery of samples to our overseas customers and regional offices.
Merchandising Activity Support: Provide comprehensive support for various merchandising activities, including handling sales enquiries and assisting with overall order management.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Associate Degree in business administration, merchandizing or business studies or equivalent.
1 year or above in merchandizing or ordering coordination, preferable with MNC experience.
Responsible, strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and regional offices.
Proficiency in common office software, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
