Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for data entry; issue invoice & receipt; AP & AR follow up; prepare voucher & cheques bank-in; petty cash operation, process reimbursement for staff, filing, and generate financial reports for management review; etc.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations,
- Perform ad hoc projects and office administrative works
- Outdoor work occasionally
Job Requirements:
- Form 5 with Diploma / Certificate in Accounting or above and possess LCCI Intermediate;
- At least 3 years work experience in accounting; experience in engineering industry is highly preferred;
- Good PC knowledge (Word, Excel, Chinese word processing, etc);
- Independent, detail-minded and well-organized, Self-motivated, good interpersonal skill and able to work under pressure;
- Able to adapt Medium Enterprises' culture and environment;
- Immediately available is preferred
