Test Lead
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and walkthrough of Test Strategy with relevant stakeholders internally and with client
Work on the estimates and strategy for new project/release
Setting up processes
Excellent writing and reading skills in English
Lead the team, interact with client stakeholders
Provide support in Business development activities, have conversations with different project stakeholders to understand the testing needs
Manage the Daily/Weekly activities of the Team Members and support the onboarding of new team members
Understand technological landscape, architecture & service layers involved
Manage stakeholders' expectations across Insprint, Integration and UAT within and outside Project teams
Preparing Test strategy and test planning for various phases of the project
Co-ordinate with Business users for UAT execution
Ensure team is enabled to perform the tasks assigned to them and work with them to mitigate the impediments
Well versed in Agile Methodologies
Job Requirements:
Strong in Test Management, Manual Testing (iOS/Android)
Excellent knowledge on retailmobile testing
Knowledge on technical areas- database testing, salesforce testing, automation
Knowledge of any Test Management Tool
Good in communication skills – English
Creating the Test Strategy for programs
Should have worked in end to end lifecycle of a project
Experience working in large and complex projects
