MANAGER - ESG SECTION

Our subsidiary, Goodwill Management Limited (PMC licence (C-874426)), continuously dedicates to providing excellent and valued-added property management services for our landlords and customers and now invites high caliber candidates for the position of :-

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of ESG strategies to enhance sustainability performance across all managed properties
• Manage and oversee innovative energy-saving projects, energy efficiency improvements & power consumption monitoring
• Conduct comprehensive environmental management & sustainability assessments to ensure alignment with current industry standards & best practices in property management
• Prepare and manage detailed ESG reports & set reduction targets for various environmental metrics including electricity, water, waste & emissions
• Handle and follow up on ESG ratings & accreditations such as GRESB, DJSI, CDP Climate & Hang Seng Corporate Sustainability Indexes

Requirements:

• Degree in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines; professional qualifications (e.g. MHKIE, MCIBSE, CEng) are highly preferred
• Minimum 15 years’ solid experience in building maintenance, energy projects and environmental management, preferably within the property management sector
• Strong technical background in building services with proven experience in comprehensive environmental management specific to property management
• Experience in sustainability assessments is a must
• Exceptional leadership abilities with strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to work effectively under pressure
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English
