Project Team Leader

Job Summary:

Iron Mountain is seeking for a Project Team Leader with a proofing record in team management and client engagement. YOU will be monitoring the team's productivities to ensure a high standard of service deliveries.

Responsibilities:

• To manage and to guide a team on their daily productivities and resources in order to meet the desired quality and targets.
• To provide a top notch communication and client support to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• To compile production reports and incident reports.
• Overall responsible for operations to be proceed in accordance with ISO manual.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above education qualification with experience in project management or client supports
• Team management / mentorship experience is a MUST
• knowledgeable with Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup)
• Strong sense of confidentiality, integrity, responsible, client-oriented, pleasant, cheerful, independent and able to work under pressure
• Good team player with excellent communication skills
• Good sense of time management and problem solving skills
• Good Command of English and Cantonese
• Welcome IANG visa applicant with relevant experience
