Events Service Supervisor / Captain 會議宴會服務督導員 / 部長

Responsibilities 職責:

• Provide a courteous and professional service to guest 為客人提供有禮而又專業的服務
• Ensure consistency in quality of food & beverage and standard of service 確保提供的食物及服務符合酒店標準
• Constantly obtain guest feedback to ensure satisfaction 獲取客人回饋以確保客人對服務的滿意程度
• Build and maintain positive rapport with guest and strive to constantly satisfy guests’ expectation 與客人建立並維持良好關係，盡量滿足客人需求

Requirements 資歷:

• Minimum 2 years working experience in Banquet Operations at hotel or restaurant 最少兩年與酒店或餐廳宴會營運的相關工作經驗
• Certificate or above in Hospitality or related disciplines 持有款待、酒店管理證書或其他相關的學歷
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua 具良好的英語、廣東話及普通話的溝通技巧
• A great team player who is guest-oriented, attentive and proactive 具團隊合作精神、良好客戶服務技巧、細心及主動
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Events Service Captain 經驗較少的申請者將被考慮為會議宴會服務部長
