Interior Designer / Senior Interior Designer (Sales & Design)

ABOUT SENSES

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for interior design and fitting out projects

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets

• Responsible for organizing and completing the interior design projects

• Be able to handle drawing works such as construction drawings, perspective drawings, electrical drawings and technical drawings etc.

• Act as the liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth project workflow to ensure project delivery meets quality, timeline, and budget expectations
  

Requirements

• Graduated in relevant disciplines, Advanced Diploma or above

• 2 years or above work experience in Interior Design & Sales

• Passion to explore new markets and new customer

• Familiar with interior design and furniture drawings

• Proactive, detail-oriented and pleasing personality

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese

• Proficient in works' software: SketchUp, Enscape, AutoCAD, MS Office

• Immediate available is an advantage
