Interior Designer / Senior Interior Designer (Sales & Design)
ABOUT SENSES
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for interior design and fitting out projects
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
Responsible for organizing and completing the interior design projects
Be able to handle drawing works such as construction drawings, perspective drawings, electrical drawings and technical drawings etc.
Act as the liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth project workflow to ensure project delivery meets quality, timeline, and budget expectations
Requirements
Graduated in relevant disciplines, Advanced Diploma or above
2 years or above work experience in Interior Design & Sales
Passion to explore new markets and new customer
Familiar with interior design and furniture drawings
Proactive, detail-oriented and pleasing personality
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
Proficient in works' software: SketchUp, Enscape, AutoCAD, MS Office
Immediate available is an advantage
