Job Summary

The Educator role is the foundation of our success as an organization. Educators are experts in creating world-class customer service in our retail stores. They are responsible for engaging with our guests, sharing top-quality product education, and speaking authentically about our community and culture.

Core Responsibilities of the Job

Guest (i.e., Customer) Experience

• Interact with guests to ensure a great experience in a manner that values their time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience by conducting accurate and timely transactions.
• Dynamically provide coverage on the floor to continuously engage with guests.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to address concerns.
• Inform guests of local community programs and execute community projects and initiatives.

Working with Others

• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences.
• Establish supportive relationships with all team members.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and support store operations.

Operations

• Perform product presentation tasks according to company standards.
• Use in-store technology to support operations and provide positive guest experiences.
• Perform cleaning tasks as needed to maintain the store environment.
• Understand and adhere to safety policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws.

• Legally eligible to work in the jurisdiction of the store.

Availability

• Willing to work a flexible schedule.

• Willing to move through a store for most of a shift.
• Willing to work as part of a team and complete some work independently.

• Education: High School or equivalent diploma.
