Duties :
Technical Support & Repairs
- Diagnose and fix issues on iPads, MacBooks, and other Apple devices
- Handle maintenance and upgrades, including replacing batteries and update software
- Maintain repair parts and tools inventory
User Assistance
- Support students, staff, and faculty with tech problems
- Guide users on proper device care and troubleshooting tips
Troubleshooting
- Identify and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
Documentation
- Keep records of repairs and service requests
- Share solutions to common problems
Teamwork & Training
- Work with senior IT staff on complex issues
- Join team discussions and stay current on Apple tech
- Help train users on new tools and features
Requirements:
- Quailifications in Computer Science related disciplines;
- Holder of Apple Certified Support Professional) would be benefical
- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and diagnostic tools.
- Fresh Graduates will be considered with the basic understanding of Apple hardware and software.
- Well-organized, patient and customer-oriented team player with strong communication and troubleshooting skills
