Solution Architect - Claims

My client is an MNC Insurance company, currently looking for a Solution Architect - Claims to lead the design and implementation of end-to-end technology solutions for the claims processing systems. This role combines deep technical knowledge with strategic business acumen to ensure our claims systems are scalable, efficient, secure, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable and resilient architecture for claims processing systems.
• Translate business requirements into architectural blueprints and technical specifications.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA teams to gather and refine requirements.
• Provide architectural guidance and thought leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead integration of claims systems with core platforms (policy, billing, CRM, etc.).
• Ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability across internal and external systems, including third-party vendors and regulatory bodies.
• Define and enforce architectural standards, policies, and best practices.
• Ensure all solutions adhere to security, privacy (e.g., HIPAA), and data governance standards.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to improve claims handling efficiency, fraud detection, and automation.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions in the claims domain (P&C, health, life insurance, or healthcare).
• Strong understanding of claims lifecycle processes and systems.
• Strong knowledge of integration technologies (APIs, microservices, data streaming, EDI).
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
