Senior Cook / Cook, Discovery Bay Recreation Club

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for production of food items in D Café       
• To maintain high food quality and maintain kitchen hygiene
• Assist in cleaning the kitchen equipment and utensils to ensure that all equipment is in good condition

Requirements:

• Form 5 or Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• 3 – 4 years of western kitchen experience
• Knowledge of food health, safety and hygiene compliance
• Shift work on Sundays and public holidays is required
• Less experience will be considered as Cook
